“I have a very difficult child and unable to stay in a hotel. Needed to be in Colorado for an appointment, so needed a place to stay. This place was very accommodating and the hosts were very understanding. I just wish my son wouldn't have bothered the other people staying on the property. ”

“This was my third time staying at Holly’s s place. It was the perfect size for us. The location was great for walking into town which we did quite a bit. The Animas River is located a street away. We loved sitting on the porch watching the city deer hang out in the yard. Holly’s place had everything we needed and she was very responsive.”

“When we arrived the house was FREEZING. We had 30 minutes to get ready in the COLD and head to our Basketball game. First night we slept in the bed that was not very comfortable we heard a lot of noise and my wife said the house is haunted she basically did not sleep. Ton's of bugs I had to kill, clothes left in the dresser and closet from previous guests, outside front door someone spit not once or twice but like six times it was totally disgusting. I could not get hot water from the sink...

“The host was very welcoming and attentive to any of our needs. The location is perfect with beautiful morning views off the front balcony. Nature abounds all around this wonderful abode. The home itself was very clean and had many amenities from cleaning supplies, everything you might need in a kitchen, plenty of bedding and bathroom supplies, and even a few snacks. We truley wanted for nothing. Would gladly stay again. ”
