Casa Biancomare is a 6-bed vacation home 300 meters from the beach in San Pietro in Bevagna, on the Ionian Sea. The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets. On the veranda there is a parking space, outdoor shower at the back. Pets are allowed.

The vacation home is finished and cozy, ideal for families and equipped with outdoor spaces that allow for outdoor dining. In addition to the entrance veranda, where there is a parking space, on the back there is a courtyard with a sink and outdoor shower.
The interior of the vacation home is accessed in a large living room with double sofa bed and open kitchen complete with electric oven, refrigerator and dining room, corridor leading to the sleeping area in which there are 1 quadruple room (double bed + bunk bed) and 1 bathroom shower.

Casa Biancomare is located in San Pietro in Bevagna, in a central area, 300 meters from the sea where there are both stretches of free beach and equipped lidos. The vacation home is very close to all the main services.
The solution is ideal for families or small groups of friends who want to spend their vacations in quiet environments close to the clear sea, easily accessible even for children.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
