This is fully air-conditioned private unit located in residential area just 5-10 minutes away to SM Novaliches! A safe & peaceful unit!

Please read our listing description and house rules BEFORE booking to make sure we are good fit on your stay. :)

Rest assured that we are cleaning and sanitizing the unit every booking as we value our guest's health & safety. We also use fog machine to disinfect the whole unit!
The space
Unit is located at ground floor and has double sized bed. Best fit for 2 guests & can accommodate up to 4 guests.

It has SMART TV facing the bed with Netflix and YouTube ready. It has 1HP split type aircon.

Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
Checkout time: On or before 11:00 AM

Unit has fairy lights to light-up the mood.

Unlimited PLDT internet connection with up to 150mbps. Its shared network and router is located outside this unit. We will provide the Wi-Fi details upon check-in.

Light cooking is allowed and basic dining utensils are provided. It has induction cooker, 1 pan, mini refrigerator, electric water kettle, microwave, oven toaster and rice cooker.

Our comfort room is equipped with bidet and newly installed shower heater.

We provide starter toiletries such as towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste and tissue. Clothes iron will be available upon request.

We also have minibar located in the hallway where you can purchase some snack, drinks, beers, coffee, face masks, mineral water, rice and more. (Subject for availability)

Please treat it as your personal home and to maintain our low pricing, please conserve electricity, water and maintain the cleanliness. Hallway is monitored by CCTV.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Each guest would need to provide valid government-issued ID (local guests) or copy of your passport (foreigners) and fill-out our online travel & health declaration form upon booking.

NOTE:
If booking for 3 guests, 3rd guest can sneak in bed. If booking for 4 guests, 1 single or queen floor mattress will be provided (subject for availability). (Important: Please inform your host BEFORE booking to check if floor mattress will be available in the unit or not. Failure to inform before booking, host wont be able to provide it.)

PARKING:
1. For 1 motorcycle or bicycle, guest can park in our hallway for free (gated).
2. For vehicle, there is a street parking just in front of our house for free.
3. Pay parking in vacant lot near the unit. Guest must check with caretaker there. More or less Php50/night fee.
**Note: Parking slot is subject for availability. Park at your own risk & first come first serve basis.**

For rent: Brand new 1 JBL PartyBox On-The-Go with 1 JBL Wireless Microphone for PHP 600 per night.
> Connect to JBL PartyBox Speaker via Bluetooth by using your personal mobile, tablet or laptop and steam your favorite Karaoke playlist in YouTube, then get on the mic and enjoy your karaoke with friends!
> Usage until 11:00PM only and can resume at 7:00AM next day. Return time at 10:00AM. Must be used inside the unit only.
> Security Deposit: Php 500. Additional microphone: Php 150.
> Contract will be provided upon check-in.
> Subject for availability. Must inform your host before booking if you will avail to ensure slot/availability.
