âThe stay was very much enjoyable!! Loved the personal apartment feel. I actually enjoyed not having front desk concierge not watching me come and go. My only dislike was the mode of communication. Didnât know to look in the Hotels.com messaging app for check in/out instructions. I was told Iâd receive an email, but the messaging center was the email mentioned. Just a bit of confusion, but not enough to detour me from coming back to GoodSeed. I will definitely return!!â
âI was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasnât, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture wouldâve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. â
âWe absolutely ADORED our cute and VERY CLEAN room! Amenities were exactly what we needed and the property manager (Capital Hotel, I assume) was very communicative and helpful. Parking was exactly as described (free, on-street).
