The main level greets you with beautiful hardwood floors, a sitting room perfect for morning coffee, a formal dining table that seats 10, and a fully equipped kitchen with loads of counter space and a breakfast nook. The adjacent family room has a large flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, leather furniture, and a wet bar ready for local wine tastings. Slide open the glass door to a large deck with a propane BBQ and those sweeping lake views.



Five bedrooms sleep 8 comfortably: two kings on the main level share a full hall bath; the upper-level primary suite has a king, private balcony, and en-suite bath; the lower level adds a room with two queens and a bunk room with a twin/full bunk. A second full bath serves the lower level. On-site laundry, A/C, and a children's playroom cover all the bases.



Outside, two spacious yards are ideal for lawn games, and the seasonal heated pool (approx. May–Oct) and year-round private hot tub mean you never have to leave. Manson sits on the north shore of Lake Chelan, surrounded by orchards and award-winning wineries. Walk to Winesap Restaurant, Tsillan Cellars, or Nefarious Cellars for dinner or a tasting. In summer, Manson Bay Park is steps away for swimming and paddleboarding. Lake Chelan - one of the deepest lakes in the US - offers world-class boating, fishing, and water sports. Downtown Chelan is a 10-minute drive for more dining, shopping, and the Lady of the Lake ferry to Stehekin. Apple and cherry U-pick farms surround the property each harvest season.
