“We enjoyed our stay at theZip Hotel very much. It was conveniently located between 2 train stations, a 1 min walk to Sinchon Station and a 4 min walk to Sogang University Station. Plus it was a quick 15 min walk to Sogang University where my son is going to school for the semester. We were very impressed with how well maintained the property is and how convenient the shared kitchen is with all the amenities you need. And even better if you make arrangements before hand, you can drop your...

“The place is very comfortable, beautiful, modern, practical, and very well equipped. It was perfect for two people.
The service was excellent, with very clear communication and great support whenever we needed it.
The location is perfect, very close to the subway station, with plenty of convenience stores and cafés nearby, as well as a shopping mall. The area itself is very quiet and pleasant.
We had a wonderful stay, and if I ever have the chance to come back, I would definitely stay here again...

“Fantastic experience, too bad we only booked for one night. Friendly, clean, modern, spacious. Close to subway and buses, and plenty of cafes for breakfast (didn’t try the hotel offering).
Stayed as a family with two young children, no issues at all. Will definitely book here next time in Seoul.”

“The stay was generally good. However there was an issue with my payment, so I was asked to pay twice. They promised me to investigate the issue and solve the problem. Unfortunately, they were unable to solve it during my 3 nights' stay. I had to contact my foreign card company to get some advice.
The issue was their system. The staffs were kind, but I did not feel very comfortable until the problem has finally fixed.”

“Rena fina rum och härligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra läge och lätt att ta sig överallt. Minus för utomhuspoolen som var väldigt packad med folk, kändes rörig och konstant personal som stod och vakade över en kändes märkligt. Gymmet var i en passage och saknade eget rum vilket också va rätt obekvämt och distraherande att de gick in och ut folk hela tiden, inte heller bra AC där förmodligen för de va direkt öppet till passagen och poolen. Även där stod personal och vakade vilket kändes...

“This was, without a question, one of the worst hotels I have been to. They should advertise themselves as a Hostel, that would be way more accurate and honest… I don’t understand the great reviews so here is a realistic review. For starters the hotel is in a 5th floor with no elevator (which you find out until the check in instructions), the poor manager has to carry luggage all day long and if you have an early or late flight, no one is there to help. The rooms look nothing like the pictures,...
