Self-Check-In: Guests will receive a personalized door code within 24 hours of their arrival, allowing for seamless self-access to the unit.

For Boat Owners:

If you are bringing a boat, you must disclose it at the time of booking. You will be required to provide proof of boat registration and insurance within one week of your arrival. Access to the boat ramp and slip will not be permitted without this documentation.

To ensure a wonderful stay for you and our future guests, please observe the following rules:

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including children.
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the condo or on the lanai.
No pets, Emotional Support Animals (ESA), or Service Animals are allowed. Due to severe family allergies, we must maintain a strict no-animal policy.

Important Information:

A minimum 7-night booking is required per the City of Marathon regulations.
Use of the boat slip, boat ramp, and trailer parking requires prior disclosure and submission of valid boat registration and insurance.
