"A 10/10 experience throughout (and an amazing hot spring, with millennia worth of history). Not for anyone going for a budget experience, but worth every penny. Can recommend trying to stay for at least a couple of nights, as a single night might make you struggle to do everything you can and want to do. Only issues were a misunderstanding during check-out (so I had to pay twice for something, but I had thrown away the receipt so partially my fault), and that the valet parking guy had changed all settings on my car as it was returned."

"For having for stars and comparing to 3 strata in Siena, this hotel was not worthy the money. Pee smell in bathroom. No proper shampoo, needed to buy a cap for the pool. The gym was good!"
