“Nicely appointed studio apt, short walking distance to Duomo and city center. Apt is very noisy as you can hear neighbors above who were up until 3am partying. Woukdnt recommend for anyone wanting quieter accommodations. Easy self check-in procedure.”

“This place was very convenient and very spacious. It meet all our needs. It is close to the train station. There is also a major stop for all the water transporation nearby so it was easy to get anywhere in Venice. The kitchen was a bit ran down....broken cupboards/ miss matched disagrees dishes. The bathroom was very large and nice. The whole apartment was quite large. The only complaint was trying to find the place. The address on hotels.com isn't correct. “Séjour agréable. Surpris par l'appartement. Vaste, bien équipé, 2 salles d'eau, une très belle terrasse, pas de vue sur la mer, mais sur les toits d'olbia. Accès relativement facile. Nous y étions déjà venu en 2023. Super !!!!. ”

“Clean, spacious and centrally located. Booked this stay because it was the halfway point of our trip and it offered washer/dryer in amenities. As stated in previous reviews the dryer was less than helpful. Towels in the apartment were sparse and rough, but honestly that would be my only complaint. ”
