“The room was extremely clean, the hotel cleaning crew does an amazing job. But the air conditioner units need to be replaced, the one in my room worked but was pretty loud, the one in the laundry area didn't blow cool at all. But, overall im very happy with my stay.”

“In general I like this hotel and I have stayed here in the past as well. This time staying here 4 nights. Was really disappointed when checking out. I had an agreement to have a late checkout since they forgot to clean my room the day before. Came done 30 min after the time agreed and had to pay 65 us dollars for this. I am missing words to be honest. My last stay at this hotel. Service level :(....”
