âThe Waterford location is amazing, there are not too many apartments where you can see whales from your balcony!
There are plenty of great dining options nearby on Tedder Avenue, plus the tram is also very close, so we didn't need to hire a car.

âHighly recommend. The pool is fantastic for kids with the sand to play in and there are communal sand toys if you forget your own. Pool bar is great for food and drinks. The hotel itself is beautiful and the onsite restaurants are fantastic. Highly recommend you book ahead for the teppanyaki restaurant and also the buffet night at the main restaurant. We will stay here again! The staff are also, all wonderful. â
âStay in a 2-bedroom Ocean suite with elderly parents. We chose the location for its proximity to shops so that they can relax and enjoy. They loved watching the sunrise from their bedroom. Staff allowed us to check in early at 2pm instead of the 3 pm. Would stay again for convenience and location.â
âLocation: The resort is conveniently connected to the seaworld theme park, and it's very easy to get in and out. It is a half hour-ish drive to other theme parks, about 10mins to Australia fair mall and Broadwater parklands. Parking was okay for the most part but we were here in the low-period so it'll be chaos when it's busier.

âVery new and clean with a beautiful view of the water. Damage from the Cyclone was still impacting the pool but that didn't change my view that it is a great place to stay. A little further out from the main area of the Gold Coast which was perfect for us. We were doing the GC Half Marathon and the hotel was 900m from the start line which was awesomeâ
