“Check in and communication with Lisa was easy. We asked about the kayaks and they were moved to a very accessible location for our stay. The property was in a perfect location for our needs – close to Cedar Rapids Airport and also Iowa city. We were there for a family gathering and the night everyone came over it was about 11 of us. “This property is excellent for what it is. It's clean, comfortable, and close to downtown, which was perfect for us! We were able to bring our dog, and there were enough queen beds for the family. It's not a place where you'd host Thanksgiving (the kitchen is fine but small), but for a convenient, comfortable stay, this is a good choice! We enjoyed our weekend in this cute house.”

“3 families stayed at this property for a baseball tournament. The property was very clean. Mark was great with communicating with us. We had one issue with the property description not being accurate as far as how many beds were available. I contacted Mark, he offered a few solutions and corrected the description on VRBO for the future. I would recommend this property.”

“We traveled as a team to Iowa for a volleyball tournament. We had 12 athletes and the coaches and the house was perfect for our team. We were able to eat our meals together in the spacious kitchen/living room. The girls all were able to stay in the same room and there was more than enough room for all of us to stay. We went to the beach one day and were only 20 minutes from Corallville which is where we played the tournament. It was a great stay at a great property!”
