The house is separated into four apartments. Each apartment has its own private entrance, its terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and Cap Canaille, access to the swimming pool and the bowling green.
On the heights of Cassis, quiet, 3 minutes by car from the Port, restaurants and shops, beaches and the Calanques.
Come and discover a preserved environment.

The studio has a terrace area with sea view and Cap Canaille, you can enjoy your meals in summer in the shade of the pergola and in the sun in winter.
It has an area of approximately 26 m2.
The entrance to the apartment is located on the first floor facing the swimming pool. There are a few steps down from the main entrance of the house to get there.

Open the door and you're home!
A small kitchen to facilitate your meals, a sleeping area and a bathroom.

- Sea view room: 140x200 cm bed
The bathroom is composed of a shower, a sink and a toilet.

The swimming pool and the bowling alley are on the same level.
- Pool dimensions: 9x3.5 m

The washing machine is located in the laundry room.

Parking is free and provided in the street in front of the house (secure private housing development and under video surveillance).

Quiet place and conducive to relaxation!

The pool is treated with salt, a natural product, no risk of irritation or allergies!
The petanque balls are at your disposal, no need to bother yourself during your trip!
Connected TV: don't forget your Netflix or Amazon codes!

The apartment is located in the Les Terrasses de Cassis district located on the heights. The panoramic view of the bay of Cassis, the sea, the vineyards and Cap Canaille is exceptional.

The centre of Cassis, the beaches and the port are a 3-minute drive away. A summer shuttle 400 metres from the apartment serves the village every 10 minutes and until midnight in high season.
