"This was the best stay we ever had in Italy. The hotel is very genuine in the heart of Toscana, everything is thought through into every detail. Soreno is the most beautiful little Italian village looking almost carved out of the mountain it stands on and not overloaded with tourists. Their own restaurant serves amazing food with only locally produced products. However the best part of the stay was the staff, everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming, gave local recommendations and told us about the thoughts behind the dinner menu, making our stay the best."

"Would of been a top rating, but the breakfast where lacking finnes, mostly sweet stuff.? The TV lack any English channels. But the rest where 10/10. Room, restaurant, view, and service, absolutely fabulous. "
