“Parking easy, helpful staff”

“There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!”

“The room had a funny smell, was not deep cleaned, vacuumed. There was no bathroom exhaust fan. The fridge was only on for 2 hours at a time. For the 3 nights we stayed, we never had our room cleaned; only, new towels and the trash was removed. It was awful to come to “rest” to the hotel after most of the day under the sun and being tired to found out that your room that you paid for and wasn’t free, hasn’t been cleaned up. “The carpet had not been vacuumed from previous guests or perhaps not is some days. All feather pillows, which I am allergic to, there was no option for bedding preferences when booking. No extras like waters in room, iron, extra linens. Carpet, couch & desk chair fabric and well used. Beautiful view of Canal but the open patio below our window hosted a baseball team, and late night dads drinking, loud rock music and talking until after midnight. “I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, newly renovated, and the high ceilings made it feel much more spacious than a typical hotel room. The location is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants and food options within walking distance. The owners and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
