Cold days, raining days and power outage won't hinder your stay at this luxurious home, boasting an indoor heated salt water pool and hot tub fully equipped with a backup generator, overlooking the renowned 3-Hole Championship Golf Course. Our ultimate luxury home features an array of indoor entertainment options including arcades, air hockey, foosball PS5, Switch, etc. comfortably accommodating 6 to 8 guests, and merely a short drive to all all New Seabury's amenities.

The space
DESCRIPTIONS:
On the first level is the Primary Master with a Queen bed and a full bath, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a family room facing out to the pool, all with an open concept. There is another full bathroom in the pool room and a half bath in the common area. Walk out to the deck with seatings, gas grill, gas fire pit as well as an outdoor shower. The 2 guest bedrooms are located on the second floor with a shared full bath. Finished lower level with a separate game room with a pull out sofa, additional 4 floor mattresses, a half bath, bar, arcades, games and much more.

The pool temperature: 81-82 degree.
The spa temperature: is set up to 100 degree from 9AM to 10PM.

Notes: linens provided for the 3 bedrooms only. Please feel free to bring extra if needed.
Guest access the entire house except for locked closets.

Our summer rentals are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY only unless specifically arranged with host in advance.
This is a pet free, non-smoking and substance-free home. No party or event is allowed. Maximum cars allowed is 5. Absolutely no parking on the street. Guests are required to sign a waiver to use the pool and spa. Please read our home rules before booking as they are strictly enforced. Thank you! Wonderful week in a beautiful home

The home is exactly as described. Pristine, clean and beautiful! The pool was great for cooler / rainy days. Our family and especially children spent hours swimming, sitting on the back deck and enjoying a peaceful vacation. The beaches are minutes away with a long list of activities all within 30-40 minutes - whale watching! Ferry to Martha's Vineyard, etc. Wonderful places to eat nearby. Finally - I can't say enough about the responsiveness of the homeowner. Every question was addressed personally and timely.

Another great vacation

Our family enjoyed another wonderful getaway! This was the second time we stayed at this home. And just like in February, the house and its amenities were terrific. This time, the weather was beautiful, so we were able to enjoy the outdoor deck and seating area. And used the grill a few times to prepare dinner. The owner is easy to reach and very responsive to any questions. We'll be back!

It felt like home!

My family booked a late winter getaway to the Cape, and chose this house for the indoor pool. The house is immaculate and setup perfectly to host a family. The pool was the perfect size for us and the kids went swimming 2-3x per day. The game room was also a hit with the kids, and the adults, alike. Since we cook a lot on vacation, we were impressed by the kitchen appliances - everything in this house is top quality. And finally, Andy, our host, was extremely responsive when we had a question. He would respond almost instantly - we really felt like we were welcome in his home. We will definitely be back!
