Designed with multi-generational getaways in mind, this home blends easy coastal living with thoughtful, family-friendly comforts. Kids arrive to beach toys and room to roam, adults arrive to WiFi, central AC, and a fully equipped kitchen, everyone wins.

    The large living room accommodates your family and friends easily, and flows to the dining area then kitchen. This home has 1 bedroom on the main floor, and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is a full bathroom on each floor. Located on a family-friendly, quiet dead-end street.

    Spend sunlit mornings walking or biking to Fells Pond Beach just one block away, then paddle the pond by canoe or kayak in the afternoon. Evenings are made for grilling on the back deck, rinsing off in the outdoor shower, and strolling down to the Popponesset Marketplace for dining, live music, and ice cream. With top-rated ocean beaches, championship golf, Mashpee Commons, and the Cape Cod Children’s Museum all close by, this location makes planning effortless. Great place to stay if you are attending a wedding at New Seabury, Willowbend or other venues nearby. Drive 1/2 hour to Woods Hole and catch the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard for a special day trip.

Great house!

We loved staying in this house. It is ideal if you have young kids (under 5) as there are toys and lots of spaces that are kid friendly for them to play. We would definitely come back. We enjoyed the neighborhood - very quiet and family oriented.

We had a great time at this property. It was clean and well supplied with beach stuff, toys for kids. Also had a crib and playpen so we did not have to cart them up. My son used the kayaks everyday. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Location was good- 10 minutes to beach/food and 5 min to the wedding we were there for. Highly recommend

The place was everything we were looking for. 2 families with 4 kids under 5 went. Had everything you could think of. Tons of toys for the kids. Tons of beach and outside toys. Great stay. Would highly recommend

Enjoyed the hose. Nice neighborhood and location. Great time at the Cape. Only recommendation is to put a rail on the front steps as first step is very high. We had a slight fall but no injuries

Wonderful Cape Cod home!

What a fantastic week we had! This home was perfect for our family. Perfect. We love to cook and this kitchen had plenty of mixing and cooking equipment we could want (and we used it, too!). Plenty of bedrooms for all of us. There is a delightful breezeway where we put a puzzle together in the afternoons. The dining table was plenty big for our games and our meals. Scott was great with communication and quick to respond to the one minor glitch in our stay. We took day trips to Boston, to Martha's Vinyard, and to Provincetown. We went to a nearby beach one day (the house has lots of beach chairs we took!), then stayed home for games and coziness when it rained the next day. I can totally see our family doing this again, and staying in this house. It was wonderful!
