âWe like this hotel have the basic need and near to the twin tower.
Only one problem we booking including breakfast but the hotel get booking without breakfast and want extra pay for the breakfast. We have contact Expedia and they will compensate for this.â
âThe reception was not that great. They socially profiled me and told me that I had to pay a deposit and that I shouldn't break anything. But I saw 2 people before me that didn't pay any deposit and their service was impeccable. And when I insisted that expedia didn't mention anything about it. âThe rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are 2 small grocery shops on the ground floor, one of them is open 24/7. I was really impressed by the view from the pool area and the gym. The property is in walking distance to public trasportation and Petrin towers for people who like to walk. The rooms do not include housekeeping but there is a washing machine and dryer in the room. I recommend this property.â
âCrossroads hotel got amazing staff, if you really want to get tips on how to experience the real KL - stay here! Be aware it's located in a fairly unsafe area so taxi to and from the hotel will be necessary at night time. Rooms were ok, however very noisy if you had people in the room next to yours. âHotellet var frĂ€scht och modernt med fin takpool. Bra belĂ€get i centrala KL med 5 min med Grab till Petronas tower. Det enda minus var Loungen som vi valde till vilket vi hade kunnat skippa dĂ„ dom bara serverade alkohol under tvĂ„ timmar per dygn (inte helt förvĂ„nande dĂ„ alkohol inte Ă€r högprioriterat i Malaysia) och det övriga utbudet var otroligt lite. â

"Rummet var bekvÀmt med twin beds. Kuddarna för stora och Àr inte skönt. Det fattas besticken och tallrikar som Àr bra att finnas, behöver kanske tvÄ par av varje. Kontaktlös bestÀllning vid poolen funkade mindre bra och nÄgon dag vÀntade vi 25 minuter för tvÄ drickor. "
