“We stayed at this property for spring break. The property was docked in an awesome little spot on the water; conveniently located near restaurants, shops and activities. Peaceful and quiet with kind neighbors. Would definitely recommend for small groups looking for a unique getaway experience.”

“We came for a long weekend to participate in the Ironman 70.3 event in Wilmington. The Cove was a perfect location for easy access to packet pickup, T2, and the end of the race. It was a beautiful and peaceful spot that was both convenient and relaxing. Equipped with everything we needed. The upper deck was a lovely spot for dinner!”

“The "houseboat" was wonderful. We could walk to everything, but at the same time felt like we were staying in our own quiet neighborhood. The Cove is a wonderful place. The staff was wonderful. The communication and instructions on where to park, check-in, check out were super clear. The Cove is just a quick walk to the Riverfront and all the amazing spots of Wilmington. We had an issue with one of the TVs not working (which didn't really matter to us) and the staff had it repaired the next...

We came down during a very dreary, windy and rainy weekend, so we could not really get the experience we were hoping for, but the property itself was awesome and the setup that the hosts have for providing service is top notch. My only note to other VRBO guests is that this is a floating home - houseboat - so on windy days, there is movement side to side and up and down, so if you are prone to seasickness, take precautions.”
