“We were pleasantly surprised to find this little gem tucked into this quaint small town. We frequently travel to this area to spend time hunting and this is the perfect home away from home get away.”

“Had an event to attend in the local area, and stayed here. Because of the weather we had to move back a week. The host said it was open and moved us. Didn't charge us more and was EASY to deal with. The place was spotless and if the weather was nicer would've taken more advantage of the outside area. Would stay here again!”

“We loved this property! It would have been a 5 star stay but it was extremely cold. The heating system in the house just couldn’t keep up (but it was only 30 degrees outside.) Our first night was very cold, but we had a space heater with us that we brought inside the second night. It made a world of difference. Everything was clean and comfortable, the mattress was wonderful, I loved that there was coffee and other supplies already there. We would stay again in a heartbeat!”

“Most convenient place to stay if visiting Caprock Canyon State Park. Literally a couple minutes drive to park entrance. Great accommodation, quiet and peaceful!”
