“The property is exactly as shown in photos not a lot of room outside for the dog but it has a small fenced area so ok for little dogs. Very close to other houses but is quiet will need the car to get supplies. Surprised only one tv but loads of games for kids. Nice beds but a little hard. For the price it’s very expensive as just stayed at Waiheke and got a heated swimming pool and spa included for almost the same price Matakana is expensive and no beach views or country outlook. We...

“This place is great! But Bookabatch has absolutely terrible customer service! Book this property directly with Bachcare, they are still based in NZ and don't have customer service call centres based overseas. We tried to change our booking and it was virtually impossible as their app doesn't work! They don't reply to their emails and their call centre said they would call back, they never did. Luckily I was able to go through Bachcare and they sorted it eventually. ”
