“I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. The location was nice, the space clean, my room was spacious, but the staff interactions were absolutely demeaning and disrespectful. The issue involved a staff member who used derogatory languague toward a member of my family while she asked to use the lobby restroom while we were checking-in. The incident was immediately reported to front desk staff, but there was no meaningful response at the time, we were told we may have misunderstood...

“Really nice hotel and nice breakfast. Would stay again.”

“Afordble. Room #1 had a bucket 1/3 full of water. Looking up, there was water damage in the ceiling. The room smelled bad. Reported it to desk clerk and she moved us to another room. Our #2 room had a water leak from the faucet which spilled water onto the counter when engaging the faucet. We just kept a bathtowel there to absorb the water. Thanks for having lots of towels on hand. We wouldn't ever stay there again.”

“Breakfast only had cofee, muffins, and oatmeal. Muffins were old. Room did not have shampoo or conditioner. Air conditioner was very noisy.”

“The first room the air didn’t work. The second room they gave us was occupied and the 3rd one had huge bedbugs. I immediately left. After having to wait almost an hour for the staff to return to the front desk. Terrible experience. Never again”

“I stayed last Thursday for one night. Today, a Monday almost 3 pm. I still see the security deposit of $150 after three nights. Not sure if this is typical for the hotel operation. Now I have to monitor to see that this goes away. One extra thing to be concerned about. I didn't find so to speak, a bath towel. Not that I would need one but it's just that it was a new experience to NOT find one. Not sure if it is now the new standard. There were two sets of coffee packs but didn't find an electric...

“The room was decent, however, I did not expect that many of the other rooms were used as a more permanent stay for unhoused individuals. The first night the neighbor was up until 4:00 am yelling, screaming, and having arguments. I was surprised that shampoo, conditioners, body soap was not included with the stay. All is provided is 2 small bars of soap. I was also surprised that housekeeping did not come to clean the room when I was out most of the day. Numerous cars in the parking lot that...
