“Super friendly and service minded staff, all our request were handled promptly and with a smile. Cozy rooms on the smaller side but hey it's New York so better than many we even had a small table, a desk and a chair. Not a lot of wardrobe space. Nice bathroom with plush towels and amenities. A bit hard to figure out the hot and cold for the shower (sorry neighbours for the scream) small breakfast but nice. Would recommend and stay again for sure! ”
