âThe property was amazing. Things I didnât like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that â

âThe hotel is overall good but the surrounding area only has fast food places for students to eat. We tried one of those and the food was horrible, barely edible. If you want to go out eating, youâll have to go elsewhere.â

I will return to this boutique hotel. Itâs located centrally in Kirkland with easy access to to downtown and the waterfront. Kirkland, Bellevue and just minutes to downtown Seattle make it perfect for business. Itâs quiet and has all the amenities for walking, shopping and dinning in the area. âWe visited Seattle for a family birthday and stayed in the Courtyard in Kirkland/c it was the only handicap accessible room to be found in the area. Kudos to Courtyard!
Very nice. My only criticism was that the bar was not open on Sat evening. Sometimes I enjoy a nightcap at the bar.
We took public transport to the Public Market and it was easy, bus stop close to hotel, inexpensive, and speedy enough to offset driving. Plus scenic. â
