“For a Vrbo rental, I never experienced what I had experience. First to me the walkway to the so-called apartment was kind of spooky. I didn’t feel safe even though it had bars all around the house. I was able to close the door downstairs, put the door upstairs to the apartment did not close properly meaning the lock did not go in to the door frame to close the door safely. Then the bed wasn’t really a bed. It had a cheap frame on it and the mattress was cheap and I had an uncomfortable night...

“Adam was gracious, helpful, and super kind! The place is in a great location to drive for food and visiting La Fanduca. Whenever an issue came up, Adam was quick to solve it for us. “I stayed for 5 days with my son. We loved the place and the neighborhood. We enjoyed the song of the coqui every night and the rooster every morning. If I come back to Caguas I will definitely stay at this place again. The house has everything you need. The owner always answers your calls no matter the time. I recommend this place 100%. ”

“Beautiful property located in the mountains. You don’t need an SUV to get to the location but there are a few steep paved roads you have to pass through to get to the property. The view is amazing and you can see so many stars at night. The only noise you will hear are nature sounds from the different animals in the area. The area is peaceful, quiet, and safe. If you’re going to be working remotely from the property the Wi-Fi is not extremely reliable, I had to depend on my hotspot. There are a...
