“Wow, my group really loved this place. Great location, lots of space, comfortable beds. Very well stocked with everything we needed - kitchen supplies, beach chairs, coolers, towels, etc. Only 2 blocks to the beach and several cafes, restaurants, and bars within a few blocks. “The villa was real nice inside but the outside needed work. There's stray cats in the area and they pee and poop in the yard and on the outside furniture. The smell is pretty bad at times. We had to use towels over the outdoor couches as they were pretty stained. The outdoor loungers and chairs were real dirty too, looked like mold. The pool was pretty dirty also. Thankfully we found a skimmer to use while we were in it. They didn't have the pool skimmer open so we had to manually skim it...

Communication through a mediator third party page was complicated but the manager or property supervisor was very easy. Easy access to the metropolitan area but also heavy traffic. “This was my sister’s and my first time in Puerto Rico. What an awesome experience/adventure it turned out to be. And finding this home was the icing on the cake. The sounds, the sights, pool, everything was fantastic. And Hector, the host who lives upstairs was so kind!!! Very helpful and accommodating, made us feel so welcome and not the least bit intrusive. In fact, with this place being so secluded, having him there gave us a sense of security. This is one place I would love to come back...

“We had a wonderful stay in Vieques! The house is centrally located and a great spot to use as home base. Beautiful house with wonderful ocean views. Note that the room with the bunk beds is a separate pool house. It is just steps away from the main house, however it is not connected. This was not clear in the listing and we had planned to have children sleep in that room. We had to alter our sleeping arrangements so that we didn’t have kids sleeping separately.
