“Excellent séjour en famille. Nous recherchions un appartement au calme et c'était parfait. Piscine à 4 mn à pieds ou nous étions seuls. Cette résidence se situe dans un domaine de golf mais donnd accès aux piscine plage et structure des hôtel Bahia Principe. Nous y sommes donc allé pour voir, et la on a pas regretté notre choix. Piscines aux mille transats occupés plage bondée et musique à fond. Bref tout ce qu'on déteste..On nous a offert un buffet petit déjeuner pour participer à une offre...

“Till att börja med så är denna anläggning inte femstjärnigt. Kanske aldrig varit det heller. Rummet är väldigt slitet. Personalen får fem stjärnor alltid bra service med ett leende på läpparna. Detta hotell ligger längst bort från stranden av de andra fyra ställen som ingår i samma kedja. Men det är inga problem för det går hela tiden bussar ner till beachen. Stranden är fin men stenigt nere i botten så det vart jag besviken över. Maten upplevde vi som väldigt bra på de sex olika restauranger vi...

Kändes som att dörrarna var gjorda utav papper. Inget ljud isolering överhuvdtaget. Den absolut sämsta servicen man kan få. Jag försökte prata med hotellet om detta men de sa bara vi ska kolla upp det. Det luktade avlopp i hela korridoren. Vissa små punkter som de inte medelst som gör en irriterad var att de hade hade satt...

“Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. ”
