“The host was responsive via text up until check in. After, there would be no response. I informed him in person that the private rooftop pool was dirty compared to the other pools that were clean and clear. I was told there would be another room available the next day to move us, which did not happen. Instead, he had the pool cleaned while we were out the next morning, said it was cleaned twice, but it still didn't look clear like the other pools. I still requested to be moved and was told there...

“Overall, there was no staff, only the odd security guard. Pool was questionable. A bit weird to get charged a cleaning fee for towels after check-out. Perhaps if the shower didn’t leak, I would not have dirtied them… Overall, the place was fine. Very central. Did the job.”
