“We. Had a lovely holiday right near the beach had some lovely walks. The accommodation was very nice and clean. The owner was excellent and very accommodating if we needed anything.”

“We hebben een fantastische 9 dagen vakantie gehad in de stallen. Een erg vriendelijk en behulpzame gastvrouw. bij aan komst een heerlijk welkomst pakket en een heerlijk flesje wijn. Voor iedereen die een fan is van de National trust is dit de ideale accommodatie alles is op korte afstand bereikbaar en een rustpunt na een dag in de English Country. Donald en Anneke (Holland)”

“Man kann alles nur mit den meisten Sternen bewerten. Eine Gastgeberin wie Penny kann man sich nur wünschen. Um die Jahreszeit war es schon recht früh dunkel. Alles kein Problem so gegen 16:00 h wieder einkehren, Kessel an teatime im Wohnzimmer sitzen und sich wohlfühlen. Bei der Anreise beim eintreten begrüßte uns schon der Tannenbaum. Man fühlte sich von Anfang bis Ende zu Hause. War wohl nicht der letzte Besuch.”

“Lovely cosy hut was great for the weekend. All the added little touches I the kitchen area and fridge was nice. The shower was powerful enough for us to have a good shower and the hot tub was great to relax and look across the fields. The log burner was great and heated the hut up nicely. We booked a table for evening meal at the on site restaurant for the Friday and we both really enjoyed it also a great choice of beer and spirits i myself am a fan off Belgium beer and they didn't...

“We arrived at the property.. it was so easy to find with the sat nav app... If I had to give any negative feedback. It would be for such simple little things .. such as some slippers . Bath robes. Shower gel.and tv in the bedroom would of made it complete.. b”

“We found Mafeking a clean and nice cottage with a large kitchen and a lot of space. The snug is very cosy and a gem for bookreaders. The village Benenden is charming and has a great community shop. Defenitely a recommendation worth.”
