“We enjoyed our stay and the cabin plus the campground were delightful. However, we booked this place primarily for the hot tub that was blatantly false advertised. Though it seems there is one, and why I was willing to pay the price I did, we were informed nonchalantly upon arrival that there is not a hot tub. Our host explained that it will be back in May but we wouldn’t have known until we got the abrupt explanation upon arrival. Great place for a getaway and beautiful scenery. But please, be...

“The Lodge front desk staff and bar staff are kind and friendly. Be able to use stairs as there is no elevator. It’s an old, historic place. Close to Cloudcroft shops and restaurants, but you might want to drive as the Lodge is up a steep incline from the shops.”
