“Great little place we'll out off the way for a quiet long weekend. 35 minutes to either Hillsville or Mount Airey. The pups loved the long walks around the neighborhood and to the creek on the back end of the property. The deer are not intimidated and bountiful. Be vigilant. We go to Hillsville every year. We will definitely stay here again.”

“The outdoor property is very pretty, about 10 acres, lawn kept, I would see deer there every other day. The house is older and is need of updates, but it suited my needs. The house has no central air, but the 3 window units kept it cool enough, though it necessitated the use of a fan to keep the bathroom floor from getting slick when weather was very humid outside. The host, Claudia was very nice and always communicates promptly.”

“Cherry Creek Cabin is tastefully renovated and appropriately appointed. It is quiet, private, and conveniently located a few minutes from Meadows of Dan. The space is small but efficient. We were able to cook a nice Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen as it was well-outfitted with the equipment needed.
