This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community.
NOISE
Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M.
PARKING
All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so.
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.
NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.
NO OPEN FIRES
This area is prone to wildfire risks. Never leave outdoor fires unattended.
ALCOHOL
Open alcohol containers are not permitted on roads or in common areas.
PETS
Pets must remain on a leash when off the property, and owners must clean up after them.
TRASH
Do not leave trash outside the home or on porches, as it may attract wildlife, which could pose a danger and cause damage.
Other things to note
This property is equipped with a Minut device to help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. The device measures sound levels and will send you an automatic message if things get too loud, politely asking you to quiet down. Weâve set a high threshold, so if youâre notified, it means the noise level is truly elevated. This ensures a great experience for both you and our neighbors.
