“This home was perfect. Hosts were very welcoming leaving us a note and welcome basket. Kitchen was well equipped and bathroom had essential supplies. There is an adorable little patio and free parking. The location was a short walk into Pearl Street where there is plenty to do and many many great restaurants. We would definitely book this home again. There is nothing I would improve on. ”

“Clean, convenient and exactly as described. This home is a great location for Old Town Longmont. The home is nice, renovated and comfortable. The backyard was perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. Hosts were quick to respond. ”

“We were in the area for a few days visiting family, with our service dog. Chris made us feel immediately welcome (as did his sweet rescue pup!) and we enjoyed the cool basement suite, the great shower and adjustable bed, and the laid back, friendly atmosphere. The location is great as well, plenty of on street parking and a short drive to downtown Longmont or to the mall zone for grocery shopping.We couldn’t have asked for anything better. 10/10.”

“We are so grateful for our stay. It was our home base while visiting family. It is a quick drive to NCAR and Chautauqua for hiking and exploring. There is a park a couple blocks away with a playground and large grassy area to play.When we were leaving, my kids were asking if we can stay there for our next visit. If it's available, we will request it.Thank you to our hosts including Judy the dog.”

“My 8yo and I stayed at this property throughout the month of June. The house was perfect. Close to downtown Longmont and easily accessible to Boulder, Lyons, and Fort Collins. Michelle was a responsive host who made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Neighborhood was quiet and property was as described. Already planning my next trip back.”

“Property is in a great location. Walking distance to a grocery store and several fast food spots and a few restaurants. Our pups had a fenced in yard to play and the home has plenty of room.”

The downtown was great too- with some fun summer activities that were walkable. The location was perfect for our travels and adventures in every direction from Vail to Estes park. “This is a beautiful home and was perfect for our family. Our boys enjoyed the foosball table, giant connect four game and the corn hole. The back patio was perfect for hanging out in the evening and coffee in the morning. The house was very clean and had a nice mountain theme decor. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen appliances were very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the Longmont area. ”

“We all enjoyed this home with the balcony and back yard. Beds were comfortable. The steps going up to upstairs bedroom are narrow as in older homes. Couldn’t find where to put the trash outside. . Just a one night stay but this place was real nice. A little pricey but that’s Colorado. Thank you. ”

“Our family of five was stuck with questionable weather and the hosts were so gracious to help us get in early! We loved the location and the short drive to get to all the sites! I was also very impressed with the detailed restaurant notes in the house. ”

"Location was great it was just 15-20 minute walk into downtown Boulder. The room was also very big and spacious for my daughter, wife and I so those were positives. However, under the beds were dirt and dust it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed before we checked in or during our entire 4 night stay. Also, toilet paper was never refilled so we ran out. Even though hotels.com says it’s breakfast included you still need to pay $17 for each person and $15 for kids. It’s in the small print so be careful of that. I would say it’s a good hotel for work trips or people staying one or two nights but I wouldn’t recommend for families. "

"Good place for a short stay in Boulder. +Kids liked the poolarea alot. Breakfast was really good! -The AC in the room was horrible and super noicy when turned on. Had it off for most of the time, otherwise sleeping was impossible. For a summerstay in Boulder I am not sure if this would be a good place if you dont like the noice. "

"Bra hotel för dig som vill bo lägenhetsliknande på resa. Laga din egen mat, tvätta dina egna kläder osv. Ingen frukost erbjuds, ej heller restaurang eller bar. Men det finns i omgivningarna för den som inte vill sköta det själv. Kings Sooper (stor livsmedelsbutik) på gångavstånd. Städning ingår en gång/vecka, gratis tvättmaskiner (ta med tvättmedel om du inte vill köpa på plats) samt gym. I skrivande stund står det att hotellet har pool, men det stämmer ej. Däremot finns en grillplats utomhus för den som vill vända några stekar över glöden!"
