“This cozy bungalow made outstanding use of all available space. The bedrooms were good-sized and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the basement turned out to be the perfect rumpus room for the younger kids in our group. It would have been nice to have a bathroom on the lower level, but the kids were able to get through the night without it. The park across the street made the location just perfect.”

“FANTASTIC in every way. Our host absolutely had everything covered and was available to help us plan a wonderful extended stay. Check in was easy. The home was adorable with real furniture. "Location was great it was just 15-20 minute walk into downtown Boulder. The room was also very big and spacious for my daughter, wife and I so those were positives. However, under the beds were dirt and dust it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed before we checked in or during our entire 4 night stay. Also, toilet paper was never refilled so we ran out. Even though hotels.com says it’s breakfast included you still need to pay $17 for each person and $15 for kids. It’s in the small print so be careful of that. I would say it’s a good hotel for work trips or people staying one or two nights but I wouldn’t recommend for families. "
