âAwesome place for people/families that want to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and calm environment. Top class apartments fully equipped and a great pool area.â
âClean well appointed rooms. Comfy bed. Solid AC and room was already at 67 when I arrived. Little patio with morning sun. Tea bag style coffee was different. Little hot tub (fits 4 tops). Didn't try the suana - not my thing. â

âWest River House was a pleasant surprise. It has a hostel vibe. The room was clean and the bed / pillows are very comfortable. We were most impressed with the detailed instructions for everything including parking, shower use, check in and checkout. We enjoyed the balcony as well. The location was great for us as we came to ride bikes and enjoy Truckee Thursday. â
âVery nice motel, almost like a resort. If you are there for a chill summer vacation you don't have to leave the motel.
Nice staff, private beach, pool, BBQ-area, games, water fun rental and so on. Nice and clean rooms with everything you need.
Breakfast is coffee and croissants/muffins, nothing more. Restaurants within walking distance.

âThe area was quiet and calm, the room was small but not a surprise we saw the pictures. Itâs very much like a mini cabin and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. The beds were very comfortable and clean. â
âThis is a lovely property with (frankly) an amazingly beautiful PARKING LOT! I was in awe of the beautiful Ponderosa Pines left standing majestically throughout the lot!
The property itself has many amenities (pools, hot tub, sâmores fire, private beaches) that made our stay unique and memorable. Thankfully the front desk staffer put us on the 12th floor with beautiful views and relatively quiet surroundings for the number of small families around. âExcellent property by Hyatt. We lived in a 2bhk condo which was fully furnished with all equipments. The kitchen was fully loaded and our one day stay was awesome. The interior designing is done nicely and you'll love it.â
âFun, nicely designed, comfortable place to stay. We loved the combination of these modernist homes, the RV park and trailer homes all in one place. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and walking on the bike paths to downtown Truckee. These are a bit on the expensive side, but worth a few days. The landscaping they are working on is going to be nice when it fills out. We would stay here again. â
