“Nathan at the front desk is awesome and the breakfast was delicious!!”

“It is not easy looking for a room to fit a family of 6 but the room was perfect for us. I loved it had a pool for the kids hot tub for parents. Breakfast was great. Staff was super helpful when I needed anything. The most Important thing to me is that it was clean! It was beautiful inside and looked new.”

“Everything was clean and well kept. The staff were very kind and helpful. The only negatives to our stay was the breakfast and the uncomfortable beds. Besides that everything was top notch.”

“Before booking at Comfort Suits with Expedia my wife had called them asking about the Pool & Spa. Was told both were open and usable. When we arrived to checked in the person suppose to be at the front counter was rude and sitting at a table on his cell phone. “The linen smelled- like it was forgotten in the washer. I had to sleep on the towel due to the smell. The room itself was musty also like it had a flood. The room was in the midst of small remodel. It was appreciated but a deep clean in the tiles are needed. Heavy traffic areas in the bathroom, are we are showering. The floor just felt dirty to step on. Shower was new and good water pressure. What happened to the breakfast?”

“Great place for families. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite, did not get the 2 bedroom suite, instead was given 2, 1-bedroom suites. Great staff, clean pools and free breakfast!”

“First, make sure the windows are actually secure and not just sitting in the sill with broken frames. The window in our room provided virtually no sense of safety or security, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Beyond that, the place desperately needs a deep cleaning--the smell was rancid and overwhelming from the moment we walked in. The carpets were filthy, worn out, and bare in multiple spots, adding to the feeling of neglect throughout the property. And if that doesn't concern...

“Freshly cleaned rooms everyday with fresh linens. The hotel was lightly dated but obviously well cared for with staff and owners taking good care of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and parking was excellent. The free coffee wasn’t just good because it was free coffee it was very high quality as well. I will be coming back.”
