âWe love the ambience and the location. This time, they made a mistake with our meal and gave us the whole meal without charge. We really appreciated this: it's how they handle it when things go wrong that really sets a place apart. â

The location was ideal, with easy access to entertainment, food, and the city center. The host was wonderful. It was the perfect base for exploring Nottingham, and I truly appreciated the quiet comfort of the space after busy days out. âFrom the start to the end of our stay it was amazing. We could store our luggage and go away until the check in time. When we arrived back our luggage was even put into our apartment. The apartment was a home away from home with everything you would need, teas, sugar, sachets of milk, washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel. fluffy towels, shamppo, conditioner, hand-wash and body wash.
David was so welcoming and friendly every we saw him.
This will now be my go to place to stay when I visit...

âLovely property. Nice and clean. Great range of features in the room including oven, microwave and fridge. Extremely comfy bed, and great aircon system for keeping cool. Location is just outside the main city centre area, so you are not blighted by the associated noise. But attractions are still within a comfortable walking distance, or their are bus services/stops in close vicinity. Overall a great stay.â

âLarge and clean room. Helpful staff members at reception when we had queries. Breakfast varied and good, plus friendly staff. Worked really well with parking with hotel discount. Didnât use spa facilities. Will choose again if ever in Nottingham.â

âGreat alternative when traveling for business and needing to stay close to the train station. I traveled with a colleague and my room was nice, spacious and quiet (because I asked in my booking that I was very sensible to noise). I had read some bad reviews about noise outside the building but I didn't have problems. The room was really nice and the service was great.
I will stay here again.â
