Guests can also have access to the pool and gym facilities in the building but must undergo an induction with building management first.
Inductions are every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at either 10 am or 5 pm so guests will need to plan accordingly as we are not able to do this on their behalf.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment unit for the duration of their stay.

Guests can also have access to the pool and gym facilities in the building but must undergo an induction with building management first.
Induction times are Monday to Friday 7pm and Sat 8am so guests will need to plan accordingly as we are not able to do this on their behalf.

Other Things to Note:
Update as of January 6, 2025 - Apartment AC is currently under maintenance and non-functional. AC systems in the building are all inter-connected and requires service from the building technician. We are awaiting a schedule for repair so currently in limbo regarding AC situation. We hope to have our AC back ASAP but don't provide AC as of now.

We have provided 2 portable fans in the meantime.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
