We're situated on Altona St, Kensington with JJ Holland park just across the street & the Venny located only a 4min walk away from us where you can bring your kids for a lil' adventure.



We're only a short 5min drive or 29min walk to Flemington Racecourse.



Only a 15min train ride to Melbourne CBD area via South Kensington Station which is only 5min walk away from us.



There's an indoor heated pool & gym located in Kensington Community & Recreation Centre just a 2min walk away.

Getting Around:

We're only a 5min walk from SOUTH KENSINGTON STATION so getting around is not going to be a problem at all.



If you drive, we do have 1 FREE parking slot available for you.



If you plan on taking the train, Myki is the card you will need for all public transportation. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass.



Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores (7-Eleven Flemington, Boundary &, Racecourse Rd, Flemington VIC 3031) or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and news agents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer.



Other Things to Note:

Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in.



This pad accommodates 2 adults generously but a max of 3 overnight. Any more than 2 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.



The sleeping arrangement for the 3rd adult would be on a 1-seater sofa bed that folds out to a single bed.
