There are 2 queen size beds, while the 3rd bedroom will accommodate 4 kids in 2 sets of double bunks. The family bathroom has a separate bath and shower, and a separate toilet room. A brand-new laundry with stone benchtops and combo washer/dryer.
Outside. This quiet treelined street is a pleasant 600m walk to the beach, and 700m to the local shopping centre, restaurants, and cafes. BBQ on the upstairs balcony with the convenience of easy access to the kitchen, dining, and living room. The house is set in an elevated position, well back from the street, therefore providing ample parking for 4 cars, a boat, and a jet ski. The garage is not available.
