Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated at the corner of Little Lonsdale St & Merriman Ln, only a 3min walk away from Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof.



Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre.



There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

Getting Around:

Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated down the road from Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.



Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport.



Access to the Overland rail service TrainLink XPT.



Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations.



Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are just located down the road at the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!



There is also a tram stop down the road on Spencer St.



Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.



If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “SOUTHERN CROSS STATION CAR PARK” or otherwise known as “WILSON PARKING” - 163-235 Spencer St, which is a 3min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.



If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.



Other Things to Note:

Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in. Key collection will be at a nearby location off-site.



If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers at the Southern Cross train station down the road. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours worth of storage.



Or at the BnB concierge located at shop 3/200 Spencer St, Melbourne VIC 3000. They charge anywhere from AU$8 per bag.



This pad accommodates 2 adults comfortably but a max of 4 overnight. Any more than 2 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.



The sleeping arrangement for the 3rd and 4th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.
