As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a welcoming living space complete with a heater/air conditioner to keep you comfortable year-round. Kick back and relax on the plush couch as you enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV, or stay connected with loved ones back home using the complimentary Wi-Fi.

The well-equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring a fridge, microwave, stainless steel cooking appliances, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a pod coffee machine for your convenience. There is also a table with 2 chairs which is perfect for a meal or maybe to catch up on some work. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

Unwind in the cozy bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed with quality linen and ample built-in robes to store your belongings. There is a wall mounted TV and also a washing machine available for your free use.

The modern bathroom offers a refreshing shower, vanity, and toilet, ensuring a rejuvenating start to your day. We supply bath towels, bath mat, face washer & hand towels for your stay.

Additional amenities include a carport for parking your vehicle plus there is ample free parking on the street. There are polished floorboards throughout the apartment, double glazed windows and a communal dryer is also available in the block at an additional cost.

It’s a perfect spot for Friday night social gatherings. Hanoi Hannah offers delicious Vietnamese street eats at affordable prices. Eat in to experience an authentic dining atmosphere or takeaway to enjoy the flavours at home – both menus are good.

Following a meal, why not enjoy a film? The Classic Cinemas is an Elsternwick institution, featuring arthouse films alongside the mainstream blockbusters, which also plays host to the annual Jewish International Film Festival in October/November.

Enjoy some time out or grab a bite to eat and head to Elsternwick Plaza – the area, adjacent to Elsternwick station, provides a great meeting spot and gives visitors the chance to experience the open-air atmosphere of Elsternwick’s vibrant shopping precinct.

Take a short walk or hop on a tram to nearby Rippon Lea Estate, a Romanesque mansion surrounded by a 14 acre picturesque garden. Enjoy a stroll around the gardens while taking in the historic site which is a culturally significant to the area.

With the closest bus stop approx 150 metres away and the train less than 2kms away you can explore on foot but a car would be handy for those who really want to explore. It is less than 1km to Glenhuntly Road's many shops, cafes and restaurants. There is so much to see and explore from this fantastic home away from home base!

When you check-out you will be required to leave the property in a neat state including dishes washed and put away, used towels left in the bathroom for the cleaners to collect, fridge empty, all personal items taken & rubbish removed and disposed of. This will ensure the cleaners can prepare the property for the next guest. If extra time is required for cleaning then we will put in for additional costs through the booking platform.

The bed in this property is provided with a fitted sheet, doona with cover and 2 pillows with covers. A top sheet is not made up on the bed but it supplied in the bedroom cupboard if you would like to use it.

Please note: Our check in time is 3pm and our check out time is 10am, we are unable to allow early check ins or late check outs. There is also no bag drop or storage available at this property.

We also only accept guests with a proven positive history with this property due to Owners Corporation requirements.

As an extra security measure for the property we may require the below information to be sent through prior to finalising your booking:
- The reason for your visit
- The names and ages of all of the guests
- The photo ID of the main booking holder

Please note: When you reserve the property payment will be taken upfront to confirm the booking. This money is held until your stay so if you do cancel (within the relevant cancellation period) the money will be refunded to you.
This is a very quiet block so no visitors or loud noise.

There is no smoking allowed in the apartment, if you do smoke you will be charged an extra $500 towards cleaning.

Please note: We don't allow check ins or check outs on some public holidays due to cleaners availability, if you try and choose this option it will say host unavailable on the calendar.

Although we were compensated with $, the carpark attached to this property wasn’t available for our stay. The couch was stained and the doona or doona cover didn’t smell clean. The floors and kitchen were clean. Coffee was supplied but no tea. The heater took hours to make a difference in how freezing it was inside too. Disappointed with this stay.
