A very convenient location is perfect for 2 families, a business retreat or a quiet getaway.

It’s the perfect place to make memories with your family with plenty of room for the kids to play. A residence where you can enjoy your time away and just unwind.
Set only paces from the shoreline this three-bedroom home exceeds townhouse expectations with lively entertainment considerations and a relaxed cosy atmosphere. Met with the ambient warmth of a gas log fireplace perfect during winter and split system cooling for the summer months, the ground floor entertainment focus extends to a sleek kitchen and alfresco entertainment area. Upstairs the accommodation zone offers a rejuvenating atmosphere with a simple palette of contrasting tones with a glimpse of Mount Martha.
Blending a zoned layout with open-plan living a front-facing lounge preserves privacy beyond tinted windows before introducing the hub of this lovely home.
