  • Welcome to Moana House, perfectly positioned in one of Rye’s most sought-after locations, with the beach, shops, cafes and local amenities all within easy walking distance. This spacious family home offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. Both living areas feature Smart TVs, providing the perfect spot to settle in after a day enjoying everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

    The well-appointed kitchen and dining area provide everything you need for relaxed family meals, while the generous outdoor space gives kids and four-legged guests plenty of room to enjoy. With parking for up to five cars and dogs welcome, Moana House has been thoughtfully set up for easy family holidays.

    Bedroom 3: Tri-bunk with double bed on the bottom and single bed on top
    Bedroom 4: Two single bunk beds, sleeping four

    Please note: Moana House is set up for families and has a maximum of 8 adults. Up to 11 guests can stay where the group includes a combination of adults and children.

    The location is just one of Moana House’s highlights. Leave the car at home and take a short stroll to Rye’s beautiful beach, local shops, cafes and restaurants. Spend your days swimming and exploring the coastline, browse the shops and enjoy a coffee, or venture further across the Mornington Peninsula to discover wineries, coastal walks and local attractions.

    With the beach and everyday essentials so close by, Moana House is an ideal base for a relaxed Rye getaway where the whole family — including the dog — can enjoy everything the Peninsula has to offer.

    This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.
