Välkommen till Merricks North Retreat ... ett modernt men ändå klassiskt hemland inom en 5 hektar stor egendom i hjärtat av vinregionen Mornington Peninsula. Nyligen renoverad, oser egenskapen elegans och sofistikerat landsboende. Vid ankomsten kommer du att hälsas av öppna trädgårdar, en lång sluttande uppfart och en tryckknapps elektrisk grind för integritet och låter dig komma in i ditt hem hemifrån.

Inom reträtten hittar du rymligt öppen planlösning, centrerad kring terrakottorrassen med gott om utemöbler och bekvämligheter. Sovrummen är utrustade med franska dörrar som öppnar ut mot gården, vilket gör att du kan njuta av öppet boende och fräsch landsluft. Fastigheten är hemma för en 12,5 m kaklat pool, poolhus, svenskt badtunna, tennisbana, basketbollsring och moderna lyxmöbler i hela, inklusive alla bekvämligheter och funktioner du någonsin behöver.

Very good communication with host, always got back to me with any questions I had.Condition of all the facilities were excellent (apart from the hot tub/spar) with a beautiful environments for a family holiday with our three children, and 6 grandchildren!

Wonderful property!

Our family had such a comfortable stay. We didn’t need to leave the property at all, so much to do between the pool, spa and tennis court. House was large so plenty of space for us all to spread out. Everyone really enjoyed their stay and we would love to come back to this property!

Great place for large group getaway

We had a fabulous time at the property, beautiful house with plenty of amenities. Hope to go back in summer to make use of the fabulous pool! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect !!

Our stay at Merricks North Retreat exceeded all our expectations. It was clean and cosy with all the amenities we needed and didn't need (too cold for a swim in the beautiful pool). We were met by the owner who showed us around and everything was brilliant for our stay. We were in the area for a family wedding and it was great to find accommodation that could fit us all in. I highly recommend this accommodation as central spot for vineyards and other attractions.

Perfect Weekend

I booked a weekend getaway for my family to celebrate my 40th Birthday. Harry was amazing to deal with and always quick to answer any silly questions I had. We hope to book again in the summer time to utilise all the amazing amenities!

Wow 🤩 Wow 🤩& Wow 🤩 We have been travelling as a group of 8 woman 60-70 year olds for 35 years .. this was definitely our “Piece of Paradise “ with space, comfort, tranquility & all needs covered for our time spent together. We would highly recommend this House as a perfect holiday, getaway, chillax home for families & friends. Fantastic Family Holiday Location

Merricks North Retreat is a fabulous house for family holiday, good location, great facilities, comfortable accommodation. One of our best family holidays! Only criticisms are that check in is quite late @ 4 pm but the standard of cleanliness and preparation did not reflect the 5 star price.

Beautiful country retreat

We had a fantastic stay at Merricks North Retreat for our wedding. It was absolutely perfect for our family coming from overseas and for getting ready the morning of our wedding which was being held at a nearby venue. The property was immaculate, homely and huge. Well stocked with the necessities and presented. Awesome views and location - it really did make our wedding experience. We would book again - highly recommend!

Perfection!

I stayed with my family, including grandparents, siblings and our children. Merricks North Retreat was a perfect haven for us to soak up family time and enjoy all there was to offer at this property. The tennis court, pool and hot tub were highlights for us all, but the horses in the neighboring property, the fantastic kitchen, the cleanliness of the house and property and the beautiful spaces to spend time together made the stay even more special. The location is brilliant, with great coffee and wine only short drives away. We were lucky with the weather, so didn’t get to have a fire, but this would also be lovely on cooler days/nights. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to make core memories with family and friends.

Beautiful Home

What an amazing place to stay with family and friends for the weekend. The pool, hot tub and tennis court are incredible and so well kept. The kitchen was an entertainers dream, completely stocked with everything you would need including 2 large bbq's! Beds were super comfortable and having all linen provided was fantastic. Harry was incredibly easy to communicate with and was so understanding of everything I asked for - I could not have asked for a better host. Thank you again!

Few days away with friends

For 12 good friends this property is a perfect place to have fun together while having space for everyone to do their own thing. This is the second time I have stayed here and recommend the property. It is well kept and the pool and tennis court are very social in size. Tiniest niggle - no coffee pods! We got over that quickly :-). Thanks for making everything easy Harry and for sending back a pair of glasses someone left

Fabulous property with lots of space and comfort .Very private and peaceful .

We stayed for our daughters wedding being held nearby at Baxter Barn . The property was very homely with so much on offer. Pool, hot tub ,pool house ,tennis court. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils including Nespresso coffee machine . I always take extra platters, salad bowls etc because often they are lacking in houses we’ve hired in the past but there was ample entertaining equipment in the house . There is an office on the property but totally private to the house. It was helpful because the toaster wasn’t working so within a couple of hours we were given a brand new toaster . Glenn was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and wineries in the area. George very kindly allowed me to preview the house a couple of weeks prior so I could familiarise myself with the plan of the house. There are 7 bedrooms but one is a single room ideal for a child. Beds very comfortable. 2 large bedrooms with king beds and ensuites. Other 4 bedrooms more of double size bed than queen but plenty of room . Most bedrooms have French doors opening out onto central courtyard . There’s lots of places for relaxing, reading , watching tv etc. The morning of our daughters wedding I watched an amazing sunrise across the paddocks . It is less than 10 minutes to Balnarring shopping centre where you can get all supplies needed. Great central location to all the major wineries down there. We will certainly return when we have an occasion to stay.

Perfect place for friends to gather.

A wonderful group of friends needed a place to gather - this magical place is perfect. Space for both time all together and smaller intimate conversations. The sun streams in warming even the frosty mornings well. Thank you for your beautiful place, we all now have more wonderful memories to share.
