It’s a terrible place to stay in.
Basically the room I stayed in is partitioned from a larger space, and the sound insulation is really poor. I could literally hear my neighbours conversations, and unfortunately I only fall asleep until 3am ish when they stopped the loud music. I don’t think the owners themselves would like to sleep in this place either.
The room floor seems to be hollow underneath so it makes noises when walking on it, and the noise become very noticeable at night.
There was nobody onsite when I checked in due to late check in (7pm ish), which I understand. But the whole place looks like an unfinished construction site surrounded by sand piles and holes on the driveways.
Overall my experience with this place is really poor, and I would recommend spending a bit more to stay at somewhere nicer (I spent AUD 98 / night at this place). The rooms seem to be shoddy and quick build, and it does not give me that comfort and welcomed feeling as soon as I drive in.
