The home features four comfortable queen-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of off-street parking for cars, boats, and jet skis.

The Kitchen and Living Room:
The contemporary kitchen includes an electric induction stove, electric oven, double-drawer dishwasher, coffee pod machine, and a microwave convection oven. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for family gatherings, featuring an 8-seat dining table, leather lounges, cozy bean bags, and a selection of books and games for entertainment. Day/night blackout blinds ensure privacy and comfort throughout.

The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The four queen-sized bedrooms are designed for comfort, each equipped with ceiling fans and built-in robes. The home includes a modern family bathroom and an ensuite in the spacious master bedroom.

Outside:
The fully fenced rear yard provides privacy and secure parking for jet skis, with a rear gate approximately 2.5 meters wide. After a day at the beach or exploring the peninsula, you can relax, BBQ, and dine under the covered outdoor area. The location is conveniently close to renowned wineries, championship golf courses, the peninsula hot springs, and breathtaking national parks.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
