Unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a convenient and straightforward way for you to enter and depart the house easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

Opening hours:
Monday through Thursday: from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Friday through Saturday: from 8:30 a.m. to midnight.
Sunday: from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Let us know if you're arriving or departing outside these times.
If you leave anytime and the store is not open, there's a drop-off key lock box. Your unique code for the collection is 553218. Please quote this to the store person and inform them that you're there to collect apartment keys with Key Nest.
Your unique key code will be in the house manual sent 3 days before your stay.
