Welcome to Solara House – Coastal Living with Heated Pool & Private Cinema Room. The pool is heated from November to April. It is available for swimming outside of those months but it will be a cold swim. :)

Solara House in Safety Beach is a modern two-story coastal property designed for family fun and relaxation. Featuring a electric-heated pool (heated November to April), a private state of the art cinema room with four reclining seats and bean bags, and multiple living zones, this spacious four-bedroom home is the perfect base for memorable getaways.

The fully equipped kitchen, dining for eight, and a breakfast bar make entertaining a breeze, while the movie room and gaming area include a PlayStation, electric keyboard and children's toys for kids and teens alike to be entertained - There is even a soccer net and a little putting green out the back next to the pool. With modern bathrooms on both levels, generous bedrooms, and stylish indoor-outdoor spaces, Solara House offers resort-style living in Safety Beach.

Bedding Configuration:
Master Bedroom – King bed with ensuite (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4 – Tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) (sleeps 3)

Upstairs features two bathrooms (master ensuite with bath, shower, toilet; main bathroom with bath and shower, plus separate powder room), while downstairs offers a double shower and separate toilet for added convenience.

Located in a quiet pocket of Safety Beach, Solara House places you close to calm bay waters, local walking tracks, the marina, and relaxed coastal cafés. Enjoy easy access to golf courses, wineries, and the many attractions of the Mornington Peninsula, all just a short drive from your door.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
