We look forward to welcoming you to this stylish, contemporary retreat located in a popular pocket of Rosebud with nature reserves and walks close by, an easy drive to Peninsula Hot Springs, cafes, popular golf courses and stunning beaches.
Perfectly set up for families with large gas heated pool* enclosed alfresco entertainment area, fire pit and fully fenced yard behind electric gates.

You will love the relaxed holiday vibe this fully renovated 4 bedroom oasis exudes. Set up to encourage quality family time with large fully enclosed alfresco entertainment area, gas heated pool, table tennis table, foosball table and plenty of room for the kids to run and play.

We have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus multiple indoor and outdoor living areas.
The fireplace has the house cosy in no time but we have extra heaters available in the living room and bedrooms if you require them.

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed and ensuite (air conditioning and ceiling fan)
Bedroom 2 - with Queen bed - (ceiling fan and wall heater)
Bedroom 3 - with Queen bed - (ceiling fan and wall heater)
Bedroom 4 -with double bunk (single above) and single bunk plus two trundle mattresses that can easily fit in this room. Set up as a kids retreat, sleeping seven with couch, board games, TV and lots of space to play. (air conditioned and ceiling fan)

The fully equipped kitchen is absolutely stunning and has everything you need to cook up a storm and of course a Nespresso coffee machine.
Two large dining tables, one in the alfresco area and one inside. Multiple living areas with three smart TVs. Coonara wood fireplace in the living area.

Outside we have plenty of parking behind security gates, no problem to bring the boat or jet ski!

The solar heated pool is sure to provide hours of entertainment for the entire family during the summer months.
*During the colder months the property has gas heating for the pool which we can place on for you at your request. The dates we offer this are from 1st May - 31st October.

Fire pit available in the cooler months.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.

Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
