“We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are feeling a little old but we still liked it. Hated the dooner on the bed, my wife and I overheated all night, should keep a sheet in the room, did not sleep well at all, pillow menu would also be nice for the price of the stay. We opted for the breakfast, I think u should get a discounted price if u are staying there. Breakfast overall was nice, pastries looked great but were crap which was disappointing. “Breakfast was a disaster!! Table seating ,slow ,you could only select from a menu and were only allowed a "starter" that was small and one "main". Not mix anything from the menu and if you had choosen fried eggs on toast and asked for a small croissant ,you could not have that,not any extra such as a extra glass of juice. Not serviceminded. For the price you pay for the breakfast, it is a rip off . If you want breakfast, choose another hotel.”

“I absolutely adore the Adelphi! I stayed for one night in a room with a large bed and a single. As soon as we entered the service was impeccable. “Two night stay in two king rooms with interconnecting doors. Lovely old world lobby with very helpful & welcoming staff at check in. Rooms are a generous size, sound proof & clean. Across the road from Southern Cross train station, easy tram ride to Bourke st mall. Return guests & will stay again.”

Was also device minded and told us alot about the city that was free that we wouldn't have used it we didn't knew about it.
